It's back!
That's right - DIY Sauerkraut this Sunday, September 5th from noon to 3pm at Lapacek's Orchard!
My brother-in-law, Matt, will be here (I think with Charlie!) to help you all make your very own bucket of sauerkraut. We'll be cutting cabbage, helping with salt, showing you our pounding methods, and you'll get to go home with your own bucket of salted, crushed, cabbage all ready to ferment!

Not into Kraut? Me either! But I am so in love with Diane's Cranberry Almond Apple Slaw (I seriously had four servings last night ...) and we're selling just the cabbage if you just want that while we have it too!
