Apple Crisp
½ C brown sugar
½ C flour
1 C oatmeal
¾ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp nutmeg
⅓ C butter
Peel, core and slice 5 C apples. Put in a greased 8x8 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender.
